Hello, I’m Laura
A yoga teacher and Thai massage practitioner, dedicated to making you feel grounded and light in your body and mind.
Practice with me
What’s your intention when you step on the mat?
I wish to teach something that you can carry into your daily life, far beyond the mat.
I’m French, born in the 90s, and I live between the East of France and Bangalore, India.
My first encounter with yoga came after I broke my back in 2019 and had to relearn how to inhabit my body. Without realising it, I began meditating for hours, lying on my back and focusing on my breath. I followed YouTube videos, with plenty of alignment mistakes, but I could already feel the benefits of consistency and movement.

I’ve tried quite a few yoga classes, and Laura’s are my favourite. Her approach is complete, clear and free of frills. It lets you refocus on yourself while spending an hour deeply connected to her and to the group, even at a distance. She knows how to adapt to every level, so that everyone finds what they need and can progress, gently and joyfully.

It put me in such a good mood after the class. My head felt so light. I was just happy. It was the first time I’d done Ashtanga.

Yes, tonight’s yoga, I felt really good, calm, I didn’t notice the time passing. I’d had a whole day on the computer, so it really helped me switch off from my thoughts and feel good in my body.

First Ashtanga workshop, starting with plenty of explanation: where the basics come from and what the class would cover. From the Vinyasa, which helps ground us in the practice, I loved it, and I understood that this class could help me approach certain asanas better.

It did me so much good! It’s really the pose I never imagined I could do in my life! (chakrasana) Even camel pose… I never thought I’d manage to touch my ankles one day. And it’s crazy how it comes all of a sudden, one day. I’m glad I did this session, it did me so much good! And Tuesday evening’s too, by the way, the one on the hips: I loved the pace, I felt so good afterwards!

Questions
Can I practise if I have never done yoga?
Yes. The group classes are designed for beginners and intermediate students. I offer variations so that everyone practises at their own level.
What if I am not flexible?
Flexibility has never been a requirement for yoga. It can be a result of practising regularly. Yoga is here to meet you and your body as they are, every day, wherever you are when you step on your mat.
How do I join a class?
Write to me first, with the form or on Instagram. After that, you can be added to the WhatsApp group (not compulsory). At the start of each week, I share the class schedule, and you simply confirm by message that you are coming.
How do I prepare for my first online class?
A mat, a little space and a camera that shows you from head to feet. The full list is on the online group classes page. Before your first class, we will also discuss your level and any current or previous injuries, so that I can guide you properly through the variations if needed.
How much do online group classes cost?
You can come for a single class (€10) or take a ten-class card (€80, a 20% discount per class). Write to me and I will explain the options.
How long is a ten-class card valid?
Six months, starting from the date of your first class.
How do I pay?
You pay me directly, outside this website, for example by bank transfer, Wero or UPI. I will share the details when you get in touch.
Are the group classes in English?
Not yet: the group classes are taught in French for now. Private sessions are available in English or French. If you are interested in an English group class, let me know. It helps me see whether there is enough interest to start one (at least 3 or 4 students).
